All Northea vehicles are custom-built to order and tailored to individual specifications. As such, they are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal under §11 of the Swedish Act on Distance and Off-Premises Contracts (2005:59).

However, as a gesture of goodwill, cancellations are accepted within 14 days of order confirmation. In such cases, Northea reserves the right to retain 15% of the total order value as a non-refundable deposit to cover administrative and design costs.

After 14 days, the order is considered binding and no cancellations or refunds will be accepted, as production planning and component sourcing will have commenced.

Yes. Every build includes a 5-year corrosion-free warranty on the aluminum body and 2 years on components from delivery.
